Mucoepidermoid Carcinoma is a rare cancer affecting oral mucosa. Complete excision of the lesion with negative margins and appropriate function reconstruction is the treatment of choice. In this case of Mucoepidermoid Carcinoma, I have used Abbe rotation flap for reconstruction the lower lip.
