Squamous Cell Carcinoma is the most common cancer affecting the oral cavity and upper aerodigestive tract. This is a case of extensive cancer of the lower lip.
Complete excision of the lower lip and Supra-Omohyoid type of Neck dissection was done to treat this patient. The resultant defect was reconstructed with Star shape technique of closing the defect.
