Carcinoma Lip: This is the third case in the series of Lip Reconstruction for Squamous Cell Carcinoma.

This patient had a large exophytic lesion on left side of lower lip involving its full thickness. Supraomohyoid Neck dissection was done prophylactically for N0 neck. Wide local excision was done removing the full thickness of lip along with Oral commissure. Once the frozen negative margins were achieved, reconstruction was done in the manner outlined in Image marked 4.
